Zusammenfassung

Mallesons is seeking a proactive Technology Change and Communications specialist to lead change management initiatives across multiple technology projects. You will develop adoption strategies, craft communications, and partner with the Tech team to maximise the uptake of new tools including AI solutions and Microsoft 365.

You will work with stakeholders across the firm, bridging technical and non-technical audiences, and contribute to digital literacy, training, and delivery of engaging

Qualifikationen

Proven experience developing and implementing change strategies within technology projects.
Ability to analyse and understand the impact of changes on individuals and the organisation.
Sound knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices within technology projects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, including with technology-related information."
