Qualifications

• Five years’ internal communications experience in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to deliver internal and organisational change communications with senior stakeholders.
• Experience planning large-scale employee events and town halls; strong cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal channels framework, editorial calendar and governance standards.
• Manage employee communications, enterprise announcements, intranet content and leader communications.
• Deliver high-impact campaigns that communicate the firm’s purpose, strategy and transformation program.
• Ensure communications are clear, timely and aligned with the corporate narrative.
• Use feedback, metrics and AI-enabled analysis to improve communications effectiveness.
• Own end-to-end delivery of monthly all-staff town halls and enterprise events.
• Support transformation and change communications with channel plans and leader toolkits.
• Equip leaders with clear messages and tools, supporting culture and employer branding.
• Coordinate crisis communications and partner with Corporate Affairs, People & Culture.
