Qualifications

• 10+ years in Change Management and Communications.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery transformation and operating model change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communications skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change and communication plans for transformation programs.
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments and produce actionable insights.
• Create leadership messaging, employee communications, presentations and engagement materials.
• Support Agile ways of working and organisational change initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor adoption and change effectiveness across programs.
