Job summary

Liveware is hiring a Business Development Manager in Sydney to convert inbound leads and generate new opportunities through your professional network. You will nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and position Liveware as a trusted technology partner.

The role focuses on managing inbound opportunities from digital campaigns while leveraging your network to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in a technology consultancy or IT services.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns and Google Ads.
• Run discovery calls and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Leverage your network to generate new opportunities and engage at events and forums.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful onboarding.
