Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Technology & AI Trainer to support staff in adopting technology and AI tools at our Sydney office. The role covers hands-on training across AI tools, Office applications, document management systems and workflow tools.

Responsibilities include delivering instructor-led sessions, creating training materials, and providing ongoing user support to drive continuous improvement and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology training to users at different proficiency levels.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools, learning management systems, document automation tools and legal research platforms.
• Ability to train users in Microsoft Office, including advanced formatting, cross-referencing, styles and template creation.
• Experience with document management or workflow systems (e.g., FileSite, Aderant).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training to individuals and groups through workshops, webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and video conferencing.
• Provide practical training on internal AI tools, helping staff integrate AI into daily workflows and decision-making.
• Offer ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and liaising between end users and technical teams.
• Develop training materials, quick-reference guides, documentation and resources for varying skill levels.
• Train users across core technology platforms including Microsoft Office, document management systems and workflow tools.
• Implement and train new processes and systems as they are introduced.
• Collect and document feedback, queries and solutions to support continuous improvement.
• Provide timely resolution, triage issues and escalate complex problems.
• Track training participation and maintain accurate records.
