News Corp Australia seeks an Enterprise AI Facilitator to join the Talent, Growth and Leadership team, driving high-impact AI learning interventions across the enterprise and equipping employees with practical skills to adopt emerging technologies. You will lead engaging workshops, manage multiple training projects, build real-world applications using process maps, maintain AI resources, and report on impact while ensuring internal compliance.

Travel to deliver in person or virtually as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, high-energy workshops and virtual sessions, translating AI concepts into practical content.

• Ground training in real-world application using process and workflow maps.
• Maintain a central repository of AI learning tools.
• Track session impact, learner engagement, and tool adoption while ensuring compliance.
• Travel as needed to deliver impact face-to-face or virtually.
