Job summary

Thomsons in Sydney seeks a Technology Trainer to design and deliver instructor-led AI training for staff, covering in-house AI tools and workflow integrations. You will create resources and run workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching to boost adoption.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, experience in legal environments, and familiarity with learning management systems and documentation tools to support ongoing user enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering instructor-led training to individuals and groups.
• Ability to train staff on AI tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and documentation creation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual AI training sessions for staff across teams.
• Develop training materials, quick-reference guides and FAQs.
• Provide user support and liaise with development teams to surface issues.
