Job summary

Wellways Australia in Branddon ACT is seeking a Team Leader to guide the WILTS and DECO teams, focusing on high-quality, participant-centred services. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate rostering, and ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.

The role requires overseeing frontline staff, providing coaching, and occasionally taking a small caseload. Travel between service locations and comprehensive screening are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating frontline teams
• Experience supervising, coaching or mentoring workforce
• Current valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel between locations

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service delivery and performance of WILTS and DECO teams
• Coordinate daily team operations, rostering and participant allocation
• Monitor leave and staffing, address workforce issues
• Provide visible leadership and operational support to frontline staff
• Hold a small caseload as required
• Support organizational initiatives and service improvements
