Job summary

Wellways is seeking a Team Leader based in Branddon ACT to oversee the WILTS and DECO teams. You will lead day-to-day service delivery, coordinate rostering and provide operational support across frontline staff to ensure high-quality, participant-centred outcomes.

You will also drive workforce capability through coaching and supervision, while maintaining compliance with organisational, contractual and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in health, human services or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating frontline teams.
• Experience supervising, coaching or mentoring staff.
• Current valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.
• Working with Vulnerable Persons Check and NDIS Checks.
• Police Checks (National and international where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service delivery and performance of WILTS and DECO teams.
• Provide leadership and coordinate workforce, rostering and workload.
• Monitor vacancies, leave and staffing requirements.
• Support implementation of service improvements.
• Hold a small caseload as required.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
