G4S Australia and New Zealand's Long Bay Forensic Hospital is seeking a Team Leader to manage a dedicated security team on-site, overseeing officers and control room operations.
This permanent, full-time role focuses on on-floor leadership, rostering, training, and compliance with site policies, with Monday–Friday hours (7:30am–3:30pm). You will report to the Operations Coordinator and uphold high safety and service standards.

This permanent, full-time on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity to manage a dedicated team of Security Officers and Control Room Operators, oversee floor coverage, and ensure operational excellence within a specialised security environment.
As the Team Leader, you will act as a key shift supervisor, working directly on the floor to support operational activities, patient escorts, and high-risk movements. Your leadership will ensure daily operations comply with policies.
This position reports to the Operations Coordinator, providing critical operational leadership to maintain continuous service delivery and high standards across the site.
