Council seeks a Team Leader IT Infrastructure & Operations to guide a skilled team delivering day-to-day IT services across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will oversee cyber security, system resiliency and integrations while driving service excellence for a large organisation.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a track record of delivering IT operations improvements in multi-site settings.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in an Information Technology Operations role.
• Operational Leader experience in private & public hybrid cloud environments and multiple SaaS environments.
• Demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge/skill in delivering Information technology to a medium to large organisation.
• Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop staff in a team environment.
• Demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skills with the proven ability to motivate and lead people in quality improvement.
• Exceptional customerservice and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess change and implement process improvement.
• Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations.

Council's Digital, Technology and Innovation Branch are onthe lookout for an Infrastructure and Operations Team Leader. Reportingto the Head of Technology Services, you will be working alongside your peers inthe Business Applications and Service Delivery Teams to provide exceptional ITcustomer service and support to Council. You will lead a team of technicalexperts with a primary focus on providing a high level of technical knowledgefor the day-to-day operations of the Councils ICT systems, includingon-premise, public and private cloud computing, multi-site network, extensiveintegrations and bespoke software packages, ensuring cyber security, systemresiliency and efficiency are maintained.
