Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs seeks an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established agency serving a quality portfolio. You will maintain strong owner relationships, manage maintenance and lease renewals, and oversee portfolio performance using modern property management systems.

This role offers a competitive salary up to $100,000 plus super, a company car and mobile phone, and a supportive team in a modern office environment with regular team events and industry

Qualifications

• Must hold SA Property Management Registration.
• Valid driver's licence is required.
• Experience managing landlord/owner relationships.
• Strong problem solving and proactive approach.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication with owners and ensure exceptional service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and portfolio performance.
• Oversee escalated maintenance matters.
• Manage lease renewals and approvals.
• Provide direction and oversight across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Leasing Agent/Maintenance Manager/PM on tenant matters.

The Position

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining strong communication with owners and ensuring exceptional service levels
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and portfolio performance
• Overseeing escalated maintenance matters
• Managing lease renewals and approvals
• Providing direction and oversight across the portfolio
• Working closely with the Leasing Agent/Maintenance Manager/PM who manages tenant side matters

The Criteria

You will ideally have:

• A current SA Property Management Registration
• A current driver's licence
• Strong experience managing landlord/owner relationships
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• A proactive, solutions focused approach
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a team
• A genuine interest in technology and modern property management systems
