Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Queensland (Caloundra) is seeking a capable Property Management leader to mentor staff, drive department success, and shape the future of the Property Management division within a well-established agency.

This role reports to the ownership team, offers a Monday–Friday schedule, modern office, onsite parking, and a clear path for long-term career progression with competitive remuneration including Super and a car allowance.

• Previous Property Management experience.
• Proven leadership experience or strong desire to step into leadership.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
• Strong understanding of Property Management legislation and best practice.
