Job summary

Christian Adam Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager for Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. You will manage a residential portfolio, build landlord/tenant relationships, and handle complex tenancy matters with support from a Leasing Consultant and admin team.

The role offers a $120,000 package (depends on experience), Monday–Friday with WFH flexibility, parking, and a respected agency backing you with modern systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential portfolio.
