Job summary

Gough Recruitment is recruiting for a Portfolio Support Property Manager in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. This role focuses on property management coverage across multiple portfolios, supporting landlords and tenants with a high level of service.

You’ll operate without leasing or accounts duties, enabling you to concentrate on portfolio management, landlord relations, and process efficiency within a well-established team. NSW registration or licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management.
• Experience communicating with landlords and managing expectations.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage across different portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across property management portfolios during staff leave and absences.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Review rents and coordinate lease renewals.
• Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate contractors.
• Build and maintain strong landlord relationships.
• Manage keys and ensure accurate records.
• Assist with general portfolio management and ad hoc tasks.
• Support the team to ensure a seamless experience for landlords and tenants.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who is adaptable, organised and confident managing landlord relationships.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Experience communicating with landlords and managing their expectations
• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to adapt quickly and work across different portfolios
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail

Experience with Property Tree is advantageous.
