Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney's Western Suburbs NSW is seeking a confident Property Manager to take ownership of a well-supported portfolio and grow with the business.

You will manage 200 properties, build relations with landlords and tenants, handle arrears and renewals, issue notices, attend NCAT hearings when required, and deliver service that reflects a premium brand. Monday to Friday, with clear career pathways as the team expands.

• Previous experience managing your own property portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 200 properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Manage arrears, lease renewals, and tenant communication.
• Issue notices and handle breaches when required.
• Attend tribunal hearings (NCAT) when necessary.
• Deliver a high level of service that reflects a premium brand.
