Yo-Chi Ferny Grove is hiring a Full-Time Team Leader to help launch our brand-new venue. You’ll lead shifts, create a high-energy, guest‑focused environment and coach a growing team.

• Supporting the leadership team to drive performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to be their best.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similarly fast-paced environment
• A love of building great teams and a positive workplace culture
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive when things get busy
• Someone who leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude every day
• Fast food experience highly regarded but not essential
