Job summary

Yo-Chi in Sunshine Plaza, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, is seeking a Team Leader to drive shift energy, uplift the crew, and set the standard for service and vibe. You will lead a fast-paced hospitality team in a high-energy environment, helping guests feel welcomed and well cared for.

The role requires natural leadership, experience in hospitality or QSR, confident communication, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate natural leadership and ability to set the tone for energy, service and teamwork.
• Experience in hospitality or quick-service environments is required.
• Strong communication skills and leading by example are essential.
• Calm, hands-on problem solving with a can-do mindset is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drive shift energy and uplift the crew to deliver top-tier service.
• Set and model standards for service, culture and vibe across the team.
• Lead by example in guest interactions and staff communication.
• Assist with roster support and station readiness to ensure smooth operations.
