IAG is seeking a Team Lead, CEP BAU to guide the Commercial Enterprise Platform's day-to-day operations and a multidisciplinary team. You will ensure reliability, security and performance while driving transformation and delivery outcomes across business, product and technology stakeholders.

You will coach engineers, champion agile practices, manage incidents and changes, and provide governance reporting to ensure clear visibility and informed decision-making for CEP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology, platform support or delivery teams in complex environments.
• Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching, development and team success.
• Ability to manage operational priorities while supporting change and transformation initiatives.
• Experience working across incident, problem, change or release management activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments, with a focus on engineering excellence, continuous improvement and delivering business outcomes.

• Manage risks, dependencies, capacity and competing priorities to support successful delivery outcomes for Commercial Enterprise Platform (CEP) initiatives.
• Provide clear governance reporting and operational visibility to support effective decision making.
