• Deliver implementation projects for tax software, acting as the technical subject matter expert.
• Assist in sales enablement by scoping and conveying the value of tax software to clients.
• Manage multiple implementation projects with a project manager.
• Support client relationship managers as the technical expert in discussions.
• Prepare guides, implementation reports, and training materials.
• Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.
