Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Direct Tax Specialist for ANZ to act as the tax expert on complex sales opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Consulting and Product to shape compelling tax-focused solutions and drive commercial outcomes.

The role requires deep corporate tax knowledge, strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior executives. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in corporate/direct tax and tax technology.
• Experience supporting or influencing complex enterprise sales opportunities.
• Ability to engage senior tax/finance executives and translate tax issues into business value.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep Direct Tax SME across ANZ for strategic sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales to develop new business and expansion opportunities.
• Engage with Heads of Tax, CFOs and other senior stakeholders on tax strategy.
• Lead discovery conversations and translate requirements into solutions.
• Present Thomson Reuters Direct Tax value in customer engagements and RFPs.
