Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a dynamic leader to support Centre Directors across Hobart, Launceston and future sites in Tasmania. You will mentor teams, guide start-ups and drive continuous improvement while travelling regularly to centres.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the role offers a generous salary package, a company vehicle, and relocation support for the right candidate. Join a collaborative team focused on safety, inclusion, and quality learning.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services required.
• Leadership experience managing several sites in a similar role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and drive a team.
• Experience with regulatory guidelines (CCSS) and QikKids/Kiosk knowledge preferred.
• Current Tasmanian WWVP Registration and Police Check.
• Current First Aid/ CPR/ Anaphylaxis/ Asthma certificates and Child Protection Training.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Centre Directors and teams to embody Green Leaves commitments.
• Visit centres regularly to support progress and continuous improvement.
• Support start-ups, recruitment and licensing for new centres.
• Manage performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Review each Centre’s QIP with the Centre Director and drive improvements.
• Monitor KPIs across revenue, occupancy, wages and expenses.
• Collaborate with Marketing on centre promotions to drive occupancy.
• Travel regularly across Tasmanian Centres.
