Green Leaves Early Learning seeks an experienced regional operations leader to support Hobart and Launceston centre Directors and their teams. You will mentor leadership, drive performance, and oversee growth of new centres with hands-on field support.

You will travel regularly across Tasmanian centres, lead start-ups, and ensure compliance while delivering strong operational outcomes. A competitive salary package will reflect your experience and skills.

Formación

• Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services is required.
• Leadership experience managing several sites in a similar role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and drive a team to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience achieving commercial and operational business outcomes.
• Up to date knowledge of QikKids/Kiosk and CCSS Guidelines, and staying abreast of sector developments.
• Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration required.
• Tasmanian Police Check required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates.
• Current Child Protection Training.
• Exceptional customer service and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with proven time management and prioritization.
• Ability to travel regularly across Tasmanian Centres.

Responsabilidades

• Live and mentor Centre Directors across Hobart and Launceston with field visits.
• Visit centres regularly to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor Centre Directors to build leadership capability and staff development.
• Support Centre Directors with performance management and guidance.
• Review Centre QIP with Directors and drive improvements.
• Assist with start-up of new centres including recruitment, licensing, training and openings.
• Engage with families during visits and respond to parent concerns.
• Keep centres presented to an exceptional standard and resourced for learning.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and build team compliance skills.
• Manage KPIs across revenue, occupancy, wages and controllable expenses.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions to drive occupancy.
• Travel regularly across Tasmanian centres.
