Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty seeks a regional leader to support Centre Directors across Hobart and Launceston, with future sites in Burnie and Devonport. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will mentor teams and drive continual improvement while supporting start-up activity and parent engagement.

The role involves regular interstate travel to Tasmanian centres, managing KPIs, ensuring compliance, and partnering with Marketing to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Children's Services and relevant leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple sites and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of CCSS guidelines and sector developments.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor Centre Directors across multiple centres.
• Drive performance, compliance, and quality improvement.
• Recruitment, licensing prep, and onboarding for new centres.
• Lead travel across Hobart, Launceston and interstate regions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive occupancy and promotions.
