Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to support Centre Directors across Hobart and Launceston with upcoming locations. You will mentor teams, oversee QIP progress, and help start-ups while travelling locally to implement initiatives and maintain high service standards.

You will lead performance management, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Marketing to boost occupancy. A strong focus on outcomes and people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Leadership experience managing several sites in a similar role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and drive a team toward continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience achieving commercial and operational business outcomes.
• Up to date knowledge of QikKids/Kiosk and the CCSS Guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Mentor Centre Directors and teams to model Green Leaves commitments.
• Visit Centres regularly to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Support start-up and growth of new centres including recruitment and licensing.
• Assist with parent tours, orientations and responding to concerns.
• Manage KPIs across revenue, occupancy, wages and controllable expenses.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to drive occupancy.
• Travel regularly across Tasmanian Centres.
