Green Leaves Early Learning Support Office is seeking an experienced leader to relocate to Tasmania and support a group of Centres across Hobart and Launceston, with future sites including Burnie and Devonport. You will mentor Centre Directors, drive start-ups and growth of new Centres, and ensure service excellence across the portfolio.

This hands-on role involves regular local travel, guiding teams in QIP reviews, compliance, performance management, and marketing collaboration to boost

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services required.
• Leadership experience managing several sites in a similar role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and drive a team to focus on continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience achieving commercial and operational business outcomes.
• Up to date knowledge of QikKids/Kiosk and the CCSS Guidelines.
• Tasmanian WWVP Registration and Police Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and Child Protection Training.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel across Tasmanian Centres.

Responsabilités

• Live and lead across Tasmanian Centres to mentor Centre Directors and teams.
• Visit Centres regularly to support progress and continuous improvement.
• Support start-ups and recruitment for new Centres and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Support performance management and provide guidance on actions needed.
• Review each Centre’s Quality Improvement Plan with Directors and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive Centre occupancy and promotions.
