Job summary

Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Talent Partner for a 12-month parental leave contract. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of positions, partnering with leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions.

You'll provide trusted advice on talent attraction, workforce needs and market trends, champion inclusive hiring, and improve recruitment processes while building capability and workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles.
• Ability to partner with leaders and provide strategic hiring advice.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations legislation and VPS employment principles.
• Proven coaching and capability uplift skills.
