Job summary

RACV is seeking an experienced Talent Partner for a short-term casual role based in Melbourne. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across corporate and hospitality vacancies, partnering with leaders to attract, assess and onboard top talent.

As a strategic adviser, you’ll implement sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, use AI-enabled platforms and psychometric assessments where appropriate, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience with active and passive candidate sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Experience implementing or working with Talent AI solutions (desirable).
• Experience administering psychometric assessments (desirable).
• Ability to partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment process (drafting and posting ads, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, reference checks and offer negotiations).
• Partner with the business to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Liaise with People & Culture Partners to understand business needs.
• Proactively search for passive candidates and build sourcing pipelines.
• Provide candidate engagement and manage onboarding requirements.
