Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Melbourne CBD team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across retail support centre and corporate functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure high-quality talent.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer, source and assess candidates, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Interest in building a career in TA.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from brief through to offer and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver strong hiring outcomes.
• Manage candidate sourcing, assessment, interviews, references and offers.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, stakeholders and recruitment agencies.
• Support onboarding and key employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and hiring metrics.
• Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvement and candidate experience initiatives.
