Job summary

IOR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor (12-month maternity leave cover) to lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions. You will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, source top talent, and build strong pipelines that support Australia-wide operations.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, market insights, and a proactive sourcing approach. You’ll manage campaigns across operational, technical, trade, professional and corporate roles, delivering recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Ability to partner with leaders for workforce planning discussions.
• Strong sourcing capability across advertising, networking, referrals and market mapping.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across the business in partnership with leaders.
