Responsibilities

Lead consulting workstreams across change, HR and talent transformation programs.
Shape practical solutions that connect people priorities with business goals.
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand challenges, build alignment and guide decisions.
Lead and coach consultants, managing delivery and producing high-quality client outcomes.
Facilitate workshops and translate insights into clear recommendations and implementation plans.
Build client relationships and contribute to proposals and business development.
