Job summary

Accenture is seeking Senior Managers to join our Talent & Organisation practice in Melbourne and Sydney, with deep expertise in Change Management, HR Transformation or Talent. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape transformation agendas, lead complex engagements and deliver lasting business outcomes.

You’ll also play a key role in growing our practice, developing our people and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

A strong track record in management consulting or a comparable advisory environment.
Experience leading complex engagements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Ability to influence senior executives and navigate competing priorities.
Commercial acumen, including experience managing engagement financials and developing new business.
Strong leadership and a commitment to coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

Shape and lead complex change, HR and talent transformation programs, aligning people priorities with business strategy.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives, advising and guiding critical decisions.
Lead multidisciplinary teams, overseeing delivery quality, commercial performance and client outcomes.
Develop proposals, shape solutions and lead business development opportunities.
Coach and develop consultants and managers, building capability across the practice.
Contribute thought leadership, market insights and new approaches to client challenges.
