Job summary

Accenture is seeking Consultants to join our Talent & Organisation practice in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. You will help clients transform, improve how they support and develop people, and build capabilities for the future.

You’ll design and deliver change, HR and talent transformation programs, conduct analysis, and develop client deliverables. You will facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and measure outcomes across client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or a relevant industry role.
• Skills in Change Management, HR Transformation or Talent.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of change, HR and talent transformation programs.
• Conduct research and analysis, translating findings into practical recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables, including assessments, presentations and implementation plans.
• Help plan and facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Work with client teams to implement solutions, track progress and measure outcomes.
• Contribute ideas and share knowledge across our Talent & Organisation practice.
