Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Talent Attraction Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles and to build proactive talent pipelines. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, use AI-enabled tools and market insights to deliver great hiring outcomes and drive transformation across our digital teams.

You’ll influence workforce planning, leverage recruitment technologies, and partner with marketing to showcase our tech capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting technology talent across internal TA, RPO or agency environments.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers in an advisory capacity.
• Experience leveraging recruitment technologies, talent intelligence and AI-enabled tools to drive sourcing and process efficiencies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with senior leaders.
• Knowledge of diversity, inclusion and employment market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, with a focus on technology talent.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and community partnerships.
• Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed hiring decisions.
• Partner with Brand and Marketing to promote opportunities and strengthen employer brand.
