Job summary

Mars Recruitment is partnering with a global FinTech in Sydney CBD to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner on a contract starting asap. You will work with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across the business and across international markets.

This role focuses on marketing talent, building pipelines, and driving an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. You will use AI tools and market insights to inform hiring decisions and improve time-to-hire.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting technical talent in marketing within fintech or professional services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all aspects of the firm.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage high-calibre technical talent using sourcing channels and market mapping.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
• Drive an outstanding candidate experience from engagement to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with the wider People team on employer branding and recruitment process improvements.
• Analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Champion diversity and best-practice recruitment methodologies.

About You

• Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter

• Demonstrated experience recruiting technical talent across marketing within professional services.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.

• Confident sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing techniques.

• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and candidate experience.

• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.

• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth or global organisation will be highly regarded.
