Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Talent Attraction Business Partner to connect the right people with the right opportunities across a broad range of roles, with a strong emphasis on technology talent. • Proven experience recruiting technology talent across TA, RPO or agency environments.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in advisory capacity.
• Experience using recruitment technologies and AI-enabled tools.

• Understanding of recruitment compliance and diversity & inclusion.

As a Talent Attraction Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in connecting the right people with the right opportunities, supporting leaders with practical, data-led recruitment strategies across a wide range of roles, including in-demand technology talent. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you’ll help build a diverse, capable workforce that supports our transformation into a more digitally enabled business. You'll also have the opportunity to leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled recruitment tools to enhance talent outcomes, improve efficiency, and deliver greater value to the business.

What you’ll deliver with us

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, with a strong focus on technology talent. You'll partner closely with leaders as a trusted advisor, using market insights, sourcing expertise, and emerging technologies, including AI, to deliver great hiring outcomes and build talent pipelines that support our digital transformation.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing market insights and strategic hiring guidance.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, industry events, and community partnerships.
• Leverage AI, talent intelligence, and recruitment technology to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Partner with Brand and Marketing to create engaging content that promotes opportunities, showcases our tech teams, and strengthens our employer brand.
• Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed hiring decisions.

About you

You’re a proactive and people-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You bring deep expertise in technology recruitment, a consultative advisory approach, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Comfortable influencing and challenging where required, you're able to partner with leaders to solve complex talent challenges while embracing innovation and new technologies to improve recruitment outcomes.

You’ll also need:

• Proven experience recruiting technology talent across internal TA, RPO or agency environments, with a track record of delivering outcomes across a range of technical and professional disciplines.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers in an advisory capacity, influencing hiring decisions and workforce planning outcomes.
• Experience leveraging recruitment technologies, talent intelligence and AI-enabled tools to drive sourcing, engagement and process efficiencies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and advise senior leaders with confidence and credibility.
• Sound understanding of recruitment compliance, employment market trends and best practice sourcing strategies, particularly around diversity and inclusion.
