• At least two years’ experience in a dedicated resourcing role.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting technology roles.
• Knowledge of the Australian or New Zealand talent market.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Advisors to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK and niche platforms.
• Prepare qualified shortlists with summaries, screening notes and sourcing insights.
• Share market insights on availability, remuneration, and effective sourcing channels.
• Maintain visibility of active requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Assist recruitment operations, including mailbox coordination and reporting.
