Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting technology talent across TA, RPO or agency environments.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in advisory capacity.
• Experience using recruitment technologies and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence leaders.
• Understanding of recruitment compliance and diversity & inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, with focus on technology talent.
• Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, using market insights and sourcing expertise.
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, events, and partnerships.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools to enhance hiring outcomes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing to promote opportunities and strengthen employer brand.
• Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and informed hiring decisions.
