Job summary

Tracksuit Limited is actively hiring a Talent Partner to own recruiting outcomes across New Zealand and Australia, with some US and UK hiring. You’ll partner with hiring managers across Customer, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Engineering to attract top talent and shape our growing Talent function.

You’ll drive end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and modernize processes using AI while ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and scalable hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Experience running full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions.
• Experience hiring for SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and coach teams.
• Fluent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for NZ, AU, US, and UK roles. From posting and sourcing through to interviewing, offers, and contracts.
• Partner with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions and coach for consistent, high-quality hiring.
• Build a strong pipeline of talent via sourcing platforms, networks, and local tech/startup communities.
• Ensure every candidate has a warm, clear, respectful experience, even if not selected.
• Build diverse shortlists and run structured, fair processes that give everyone a real shot.
