Mission Australia is seeking a Casual Talent Attraction Advisor to support end-to-end recruitment across Sydney, Perth or Brisbane with work-from-home options. 35 hours per week, at an hourly rate of $65+ per hour plus super, engaging with leaders to attract and secure top talent.

The role focuses on proactive sourcing, pipeline development and delivering an inclusive candidate experience while maintaining Workday records and contributing to Mission Australia’s purpose-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Use market mapping, talent intelligence, social media, referrals and direct sourcing to engage prospective candidates.
• Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers on inclusive recruitment practices.
• Deliver an inclusive, accessible and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment information and documentation within Workday and talent platforms.
• Champion Mission Australia’s employer brand across advertising, candidate communications and talent attraction activities.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Advisor to join our team on a casual basis, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to be based in Sydney, Perth or Brisbane.

In this role you will partner with leaders across Mission Australia to attract, assess and secure great people, while delivering proactive sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines and creating an inclusive and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, assessment, reference checking and hiring recommendations.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored talent attraction solutions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for critical workforce areas.

Requirements for success

• Demonstrated experience working in an in-house Talent Attraction team, delivering end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong experience partnering with leaders to deliver recruitment and talent attraction solutions.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology, ideally Workday.
• Demonstrated capability in proactive sourcing, talent pooling and market mapping.
• Knowledge of contemporary sourcing techniques and employment branding.
• Experience contributing to diverse, inclusive and accessible hiring practices.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• A resilient, adaptable and self-motivated approach, with a commitment to Mission Australia’s purpose and values.
• Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
