Aspect Engineering Solutions Pty in Perth is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. You will manage both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and handle contracts to keep projects moving.

This role is ideal for someone organized and people-focused, who thrives on follow-ups, planning ahead, and working with mobilisation and project leads on mining and industrial projects.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR admin or workforce planning.
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills (contracts, onboarding and tracking).
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Source, screen and coordinate hiring for white-collar and blue-collar roles
• Prepare, issue and follow up employment contracts
• Coordinate onboarding requirements for all new starters
• Liaise with the Mobilisation team to support smooth start dates and mobilisation readiness
• Maintain recruitment/onboarding records
• Track allocation of white-collar resources across projects
• Support blue-collar workforce planning with project leads
