GR Engineering Services Limited is seeking experienced Mobilisation Coordinators to join our Ascot Head Office in Perth. You will manage onboarding and mobilisation activities for personnel and contractors across major mining projects, ensuring accuracy, structure, and timely delivery within a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with employees, issue inductions, maintain profiles, and coordinate medicals, training records and PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience mobilising personnel to major projects or large mining operations.
• Strong computer skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Reliable with a proactive attitude and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with employees and contractors to coordinate mobilisations.
• Issue inductions, onboarding packs and site entry documentation.
• Create and maintain personnel profiles, including medicals, tickets and training records.
• Generate Certificates of Competency as required.
• Book and coordinate medicals and manage training administration and compliance tracking.
• Distribute approved PPE to site personnel.
