Job summary

Hancock Iron Ore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the People & Culture team at our West Perth office on a 6-month fixed term, Monday to Friday. You will support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding coordination and candidate experience across the organisation.

Reporting to the Lead Talent Acquisition, you will liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders, manage pre-employment activities, and coordinate interviews, medicals and background checks to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support.
• Strong organisational and time management with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience coordinating onboarding or high-volume recruitment campaigns is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Team collaboration with independent responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment administration and act as a point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities (medicals, checks, assessments).
• Prepare and track offers and recruitment records.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and mobilisation logistics (PPE, travel, accommodation).
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements and team coordination.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication.
