Job summary

Hancock Iron Ore, a leading iron ore producer, is seeking an organised HR Coordinator to join the Perth-based People and Culture team. You will provide practical day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders, handle queries, and assist with lifecycle activities in a busy corporate environment.

Reporting to the Manager Corporate HR, you will coordinate communications, maintain records, and support HR reporting using internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience providing practical HR support to employees and leaders.
• Ability to manage employee records with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR processes, reporting and administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and escalate as needed.
• Support employee lifecycle activities and transactional tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR records and trackers with confidentiality.
• Provide reporting support and coordinate HR initiatives.
