Western Power is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-month, full-time maximum term contract. You will drive a smooth candidate journey from first contact to day one, ensuring timely responses and organized recruitment processes.

You will manage requisitions, scheduling, onboarding coordination, and maintain real-time data across HR systems, contributing to an inclusive, values-driven culture and exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a busy Talent Acquisition or HR team.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for candidates and hiring leaders via recruitment mailbox.
• Schedule interviews, manage approvals, and resolve systems issues.
• Post and edit job ads and keep them up to date.
• Coordinate onboarding steps and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate data across systems and trackers.
