Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Brisbane or Melbourne to oversee recruitment across Queensland Guarding and Aviation. You will join a high-volume recruitment environment, planning activity, sourcing candidates, and coordinating end-to-end processes to support multiple sites.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, a track record of meeting KPIs, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job advertising and interviews through to compliance and employment agreements.
• Proactively plan recruitment activity by monitoring workforce needs and attrition.
• Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet workforce requirements across multiple sites.
• Actively source candidates and build talent pipelines for vacancies and regional locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to prioritise vacancies and meet operational recruitment needs.
