Based in Adelaide, SA, this full-time role combines coordinating training activities with creating materials and maintaining documentation.

You will develop training modules, plan training, liaise with stakeholders, and travel as required to support national training activities.

National Training Coordinator MSS Security | Adelaide, SA | Full-Time

Make an impact through training, development and capability building across a national organisation. Are you an organised and proactive coordinator with a passion for training, learning and development? MSS Security is seeking a National Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of training initiatives across our business. Based in Adelaide, South Australia, this full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and an interest in developing effective training programs. Experience working with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will be highly regarded. A hybrid working arrangement may be available once you are established and confident in the role, with occasional travel required to support national training activities.

About the Role

As the National Training Coordinator, you will play an important role in coordinating training activities and supporting the development of training resources to build capability across MSS Security.

• Developing and updating training modules and learning resources.
• Writing, reviewing and maintaining training plans to support business and operational requirements.
• Coordinating training activities, documentation and administrative processes.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Supporting consistent training standards and practices across multiple locations.
• Travelling as required to support training activities and operational needs.

About You

You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing structure to processes, coordinating activities and producing high-quality written materials. You communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders and can manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in an administrative, coordination or similar support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and professional documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to develop, review and maintain training plans, resources or documentation.
• Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and general business systems.
• A willingness to travel when required.

Highly regarded: Experience working within an RTO, or exposure to training administration, learning and development, training module development or vocational education.
