MSS Security is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Brisbane or Melbourne to oversee recruitment across Queensland Guarding and Aviation. You will manage end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment, coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders to prioritise vacancies across multiple sites.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive planning, and the ability to build talent pipelines.

• Structured and organised, able to manage competing priorities and keep accurate recruitment records in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving recruitment KPIs and activity targets.
