Job summary

Sharp and Carter in Sydney is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to own the end-to-end hiring process, with a strong emphasis on filling sales and business development roles. You will partner with hiring managers to plan roles, design fair and fast selection processes, and build a warm pool of sales candidates.

Direct sourcing via LinkedIn, referrals, and networking is encouraged, with clear performance targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, agency or in-house.
• Experience recruiting sales and BDM roles.
• Ability to discuss numbers with hiring managers.
• Strong direct sourcing skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
