Job summary

Robert Half in Sydney is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to partner with employers and job seekers, matching the right candidate to the right role. You will work in a team to devise search strategies, draft adverts, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruitment within an agency, combined with commercial insight in finance and a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Recruiting Specialist/Candidate Manager/Resourcing Specialist in an agency environment.
• Commercial and proven Industry experience as a finance professional and looking to apply your industry knowledge in this new and exciting sales focused career
• Ambitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of achievement
• Strongly motivated by achieving personal and business’ financial goals

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of temporary including devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating/managing video and in-office interviews, and writing candidate profiles, coaching and feedback to candidates
• Negotiate salaries, including day rate contracts, as well as length of contract assignments to deliver our commitments to clients and candidates
• Solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organisations, meet ups, face to face events, and meetings/online networking
• Strategise with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals
• Responsible for locating and tracking candidates working for the competition
• Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates

THE ROLE

As aRecruiting Manager , you will partner with employers and job seekers to match the right person with the right job. You will need to be adept at understanding the needs and wants of each client’s business coupled with an in-depth knowledge of their culture and workplace environment - and then match these fundamental requirements to the skills, experience, and personalities of prospective candidates. You will work in a team environment and have responsibility for:
